Our raft frames are built from 6061 aluminum alloy and feature things only seen in a drift boat. We start with a standard rowing frame and from there our customer can add things like the MCM deluxe casting brace, complete floor options (aluminum or polymer), under the floor anchor system, rod holders, cup holders, and much much more.
Every frame is hand built in house and uses our own frame fittings cast from a foundry in the USA. The fittings use a stainless steel strap to capture the fitting to the tube and will not dent or kink the frame. These fittings allow the frame to flex slightly as the raft travels over the water so the frame will not crack over time like a fully welded aluminum frame.
Our MCM Deluxe Casting Braces have been built from start to finish with the fisherman in mind. Easy to enter and exit with both legs, large tray for fly boxes or other gear, and two cup holders built into each one.
Our MCM Sportsman Casting Brace has the same profile as the Deluxe and still has two cup holders but offers a smaller tray.
Our frames also have a dual tube side rail that makes strapping gear bags down easier, spreads the load across the main tubes, and offers a more sure footed entry and exit to the raft.
